How connectors bring your systems into LensHub.
A connector points at one system — a repository, a wiki space, a project, a channel — and keeps its content current.
Adding one
Connectors → Add connector. Pick the type, give it a name, supply credentials, choose what to include.
The first sync starts immediately. Large sources take a while; the connector page shows progress. Nothing is searchable until its first sync finishes.
Global or personal
The single most important choice, made when you create the connector:

Everything the connector brings in inherits this. Changing it later means re-syncing, so decide up front. See Content visibility.
Creating a global connector requires an admin role. Any member can create a personal one.
Keeping current
Connectors re-sync on a schedule you set per connector. Each run picks up what changed rather than re-reading everything, so routine syncs are quick even on large sources.
You can trigger a sync by hand at any time, and stop one that is running.
What it costs
Indexing runs on your own hardware and costs no model tokens. Only automatic tagging does, and it is off by default.
Choosing what to bring in
More is not better. A connector that pulls in ten thousand auto-generated files makes everything else harder to find. See Scope.
